Delta Composites is able to work off existing patterns and can generate new patterns from a close working relationship with a high calibre pattern making company.

A trained and dedicated team of Laminators with an average of 10 years experience contribute to an exceptional product quality. We have Clean Room facilities and a dedicated Bagging Area.

Our in-house electric Autoclave measuring 1.5 meters diameter and 3.7 meters long provides a fully controlled capability to 100 PSI (7 Bar) at 200°C with its own dedicated operator, who also prepares the moulds prior to manufacture to ensure continuity.

A second clave, 3m internal length and 1.64m internal diameter, water cooled, currently receiving full computerised upgrade.

The third clave is 1.4m internal length by 1.2m internal diameter, fully computerised.

With the capability of trimming to +/- 0.1mm in the two fully equipped trim rooms. Which includes a band saw, double disk sander and a full range of air tools.

The Assembly room is equipped with an electric oven 860mm (D) x 1140mm (W) x 890mm (H) -Electronic Temperature Control, surface table, digital height gauge and other precision measuring equipment; allowing high quality and accurate assemblies.

Equipped with digital manual Milling Machine and Lathe.
